2oz Ginger Beer
1/4oz Lime Juice
2 dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters
Optional:
- Mix with 4-8ozs Ginger Ale
Be warned: carbonation speeds up the rate of alcohol absorption, so go easy on the first glass, just in case.... AND a very small splash of bitters goes a loooooong way, so go easy on the seasoning!
