Pick your favorite locally available Japanese Whiskey and season to taste. Alternate recipe for those who prefer: 2oz whiskey and 1oz S&S mix, serve over ice.
*Be warned: carbonation speeds up the rate of alcohol absorption, so go easy on the first glass, just in case.
